I could not believe when I tested positive with covid. A second test confirmed the first. My husband and I both are confined and both too tired to do much. My eyes flow with water like waterfalls, throat hurts, coughing is relentless, and everything aches. We are now on Paxlovid and that brings its own issues like a metallic taste in my mouth and cramps in my stomach. We are isolated for ten days. Yesterday I looked out the window and saw a shapely tree standing strong in the winds and a bird. Hope.
